Care & Sizing Guide
Wild Kind jewellery is handcrafted using raw brass and natural stones. With a little love and thoughtful care, your pieces can be enjoyed for years to come.
✧ Jewellery Care
Keep it dry
Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or washing your hands. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, sunscreen and cleaning products.
Store it safely
Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Store pieces separately where possible to prevent scratching and tangling.
Clean it gently
Use a soft, dry polishing cloth to remove marks and restore shine. For a deeper clean, use a small amount of mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Rinse gently and dry thoroughly straight away.
Avoid soaking your jewellery, particularly pieces featuring natural stones.
Handle it with care
Because our pieces are handmade and often feature natural stones, slight variations are part of their beauty. Avoid dropping, bending or placing excessive pressure on your jewellery.
✧ Caring for Raw Brass
Raw brass naturally develops a darker patina over time. We love the character this creates, but you can easily restore its warm golden glow with a soft brass polishing cloth.
Polish gently and avoid applying cleaning products directly to stones or delicate details.
✧ Bangles & Cuffs
Many of our brass bangles and cuffs are adjustable. Gently squeeze or widen the piece a little at a time until it feels comfortable.
Avoid repeatedly bending your jewellery back and forth, as this can weaken the metal. For smaller wrists, cuffs can also be worn slightly higher on the arm or styled as part of a stack.

Some Wild Kind rings are adjustable, while others are offered in standard US ring sizes. Please check the individual product description before selecting your size.

Sizing tip: If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up—especially when choosing a wide statement ring or creating a ring stack.
✧ How to Measure Your Ring Size
Using a Ring You Already Own
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Measure straight across the inside of the ring at its widest point.
- Record the inside diameter in millimetres.
- Match the measurement to the chart above.
Measuring Your Finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretchy string around the base of your finger.
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres.
- Match the circumference to the closest size in the chart.
For the best result, measure at the end of the day when your hands are warm. Avoid measuring when your fingers are particularly cold or swollen.
