Welcome to Wild Kind Jewellery (ABN 45 327 898 794), headquartered in Wollongong NSW, Australia. By accessing or purchasing via www.wildkindjewellery.com, you agree to these Terms. If not, please exit now.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are accepted once payment clears.

  • We support major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (if enabled).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for unforeseen reasons (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability).

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices shown are in AUD and exclude postage and handling unless otherwise noted.

  • We endeavour to ensure products are available; however, we may cancel or substitute orders with notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship from NSW.

  • Standard and express shipping times are estimates only. Wild Kind is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local courier issues, or unforeseen events.

  • Once dispatched, liability for loss or damage lies with the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 days, unworn, in original condition and packaging. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Customers cover return shipping; international returns must be correctly labelled (“Returned Goods, No Commercial Value”) or duties may apply.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months.

6. Faulty Goods

  • Report manufacturing faults within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs.

  • Genuine manufacturing defects will be corrected via exchange or store credit to the item’s value.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, images, designs) is Wild Kind Jewellery’s property. No reproduction without prior written consent.

8. Liability

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not exclude rights you cannot legally waive. For non-consumer purchases, our liability is limited to the order value.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • Wild Kind may update these Terms anytime; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
